I don't have a design file - can you still help?
Absolutely. Describe what you need or show us a picture, and we can design it for you. There’s a design fee on top of printing costs, but the result is a custom item made exactly to your specifications.
What materials can you print in?
We primarily print in PLA (various colours, biodegradable, good for most purposes) and PETG (stronger, more heat resistant). Specialty materials available on request. We’ll advise on the best material for your application.
How long does printing take?
Depends on size and complexity. Small items might be ready same-day or next-day. Larger items can take several hours to print. We’ll give you an expected timeline when quoting.
Can you print things from Thingiverse or other sites?
Yes, if the design is free to use. Send us the link and we’ll download and print it. Just check the licensing allows for this use.
