How gaming PC faults actually present

Gaming loads push every component to its limit, so faults show up under stress that a normal desktop never reveals:

It only crashes in games

A rig that's stable on the desktop but crashes under load is almost always a thermal, power or overclock/XMP issue — the extra draw exposes a margin that isn't there day-to-day. We stress-test to find it.

Artefacts and visual glitches

Coloured lines, flickering textures or scrambled images point to the GPU, its power delivery or overheating — not usually the game or drivers. We isolate the card from the rest of the system.

Frame drops and stutter

Sudden frame drops mid-session often trace to thermal throttling or a storage bottleneck rather than the GPU being 'too slow'. Fixing airflow or storage frequently restores performance.

My gaming PC keeps crashing or blue-screening under load — can you fix it?
Usually, yes. Crashes that only happen under gaming load are one of the most common jobs we see. We stress-test to reproduce the fault, then trace it to the real cause — an unstable overclock or XMP profile, failing RAM, a marginal PSU, thermal throttling, storage errors or driver issues — rather than just reinstalling Windows and hoping.
Can you fix GPU artefacts or a graphics card with no display?
Yes. We diagnose whether the problem is the graphics card itself, the PCIe slot, insufficient or failing power, or thermals. Where are you based and do you cover my area?

My rig won't POST after a motherboard BIOS flash — can you recover it?
Frequently, yes. Flashing a motherboard BIOS to chase a CPU-compatibility or stability fix, then having it fail partway, can leave a gaming PC powered but with no display and no POST. Our BIOS chip reprogramming and firmware recovery service reads and verifies the SPI flash chip, reprograms it with the correct official firmware, or fits a programmed replacement chip. We assess the board first, as a no-POST fault can also be GPU, PSU or memory-related.
