Can you migrate from our current email provider?
Yes, we migrate from any email system - Google Workspace, other hosting providers, or older Exchange servers. All emails, contacts, and calendars are transferred with their folder structure intact.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes, we offer support packages for businesses that need regular assistance. We can also train your team or a designated admin to handle day-to-day management.
How long does setup take?
A basic setup for a small business can often be completed in a day. Larger migrations with many users and extensive email history may take longer to ensure everything transfers correctly.
Can you fix Outlook problems as well as set up email?
Yes — Outlook not sending or receiving, showing offline, duplicating emails, or refusing to connect are among the most common things we sort. Often the fix is in the account settings or a corrupted profile rather than anything dramatic. We repaired the Windows side and set up Outlook email and contacts for a customer in Raynes Park in the same visit.
Will I lose any emails when you migrate to Microsoft 365?
No — a proper migration brings your existing email, contacts and calendar across intact. We move everything to the new mailbox, check it’s all present and correct, and only switch over once it is. The aim is a move you barely notice, not a fresh empty inbox.
Do I need Microsoft 365, or will Outlook on its own do?
It depends on what you need. Microsoft 365 gives you hosted email, the Office apps, and cloud storage as a subscription; standalone Outlook is just the email program. For most small businesses, the hosted email of 365 is what makes email reliable and professional. We’ll talk through what actually fits your setup rather than selling you more than you need.
Can you set up email on my phone and other devices too?
Yes — once your email is set up properly it should work seamlessly across your computer, phone and tablet, staying in sync so a message read on one is read on all. We set it up on every device you use and check they’re all talking to each other, so you’re not left with email that works in one place but not another.
